Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for creating quotes, identifying new clients, and maintaining current client relationships. The Construction Sales Project Manager will be responsible for managing sales, quoting / forecasting future projects and maintenance.. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, project management skills, and technical knowledge of commercial roofing systems.
Responsibilities:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial roofing sector.
-Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
-Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to potential clients.
-Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
-Coordinate / Communicate with field personnel to ensure project is within spec.
-Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide accurate estimates using excel.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
