Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Agile IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: + Project Planning and Execution: + Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. + Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing risks and dependencies. + Use Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban to facilitate sprints, manage backlogs, and ensure iterative delivery of project milestones. + Stakeholder Collaboration: + Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. + Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities clearly through regular updates and reports. + Team Leadership: + Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective meetings to ensure consistent alignment and team collaboration. + Remove roadblocks and foster a collaborative, productive environment for the project team. + Motivate and mentor team members to continuously improve processes and deliverables. + Risk and Change Management: + Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues when necessary. + Manage change requests and ensure adjustments align with project goals and timelines. + Process Improvement: + Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices, promoting efficiency and adaptability within the team. + Evaluate existing project management tools and methodologies and recommend enhancements when required. Requirements + Project Management Expertise: + Successfully managed multiple IT projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). + Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure best practices. + Technical Knowledge: + Experience managing the development of software applications, cloud solutions, or IT services. + Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools. + Agile Leadership: + Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams and implementing Agile best practices. + Active involvement in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and release delivery. + Strong Communication Skills: + Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + Adept in conflict resolution, negotiation, and fostering team collaboration. + Time and Budget Management: + Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery. + Problem-Solving Orientation: + Critical thinking and a proactive approach to overcoming project challenges.
