Description Primary Responsibilities: Ensure positive job margins through project completion Review estimations and manage budgets Ensure strict contract compliance Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors Provide timely and transparent reporting Collaborate with Superintendents to keep projects on or ahead of schedule Manage, train, and supervise the project team following Deacon's systems and procedures Complete all job close-out procedures Consistently meet established deadlines and project schedules Position Requirements: A combination of education and experience in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (e.g., a degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience) 3+ years of direct experience in construction management with a track record of successful projects Experience with healthcare, behavioral health, and affordable housing is a plus. Proven leadership skills with the ability to maintain a professional environment Strong planning and negotiation skills.
