Description We are offering a long-term, temporary, employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Schaumburg, IL. The role is designed for a candidate who can adeptly manage and deliver new assets and capital improvement, and structural redevelopment projects. The Project Manager will utilize their skills in customer service, planning, analytics, and project management to create optimal solutions based on the customer's needs. This job includes a hybrid work schedule with some days in the office and some days working from home. Responsibilities: • Leading initiatives to optimize existing assets and drive strategic and financial results • Formulating and implementing comprehensive process documentation for all programs • Establishing a systematic and strategic approach to manage all programs within assigned product type • Providing guidance and strategic direction to cross-functional teams • Analyzing data to formulate recommendations and implement process improvement solutions • Identifying key metrics, program analytics, and financial forecasting • Creating and presenting operational reports to management regularly • Overseeing the recruitment, performance management, and career development of Project Managers • Collaborating with teams to meet business objectives • Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements • Proven experience in Project Management, specifically within the Real Estate industry • Demonstrated customer service skills • Strong planning and organizational abilities • Proficiency in data analysis and analytics • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team • Proven ability to perform ad hoc financial analysis and make recommendations • Willingness to travel as per business requirements • Experience with metric reporting and optimization • Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to execute projects effectively and efficiently • Experience in process improvement and performance management • Knowledge of real estate terminations and tenant interactions • Understanding of key business process functions • Ability to align projects with business objectives • Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting • Willingness to support career development of team members • Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members • Proficiency in using 'Join Me' or similar project management tools • Ability to measure and report on key metrics. The salary range for this position is $30.00 to 40.00 per hour. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
