Description
Our client is seeking an experience Project Manager for a unique opportunity focusing on HR initiatives. You will be tasked with managing HR projects, optimizing processes, and ensuring successful execution of initiatives in a dynamic HR environment.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the planning and execution of HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within the scope and budget
• Establish comprehensive project plans, complete with timelines, milestones, and resource distribution
• Liaise with internal teams and third-party vendors to guarantee the seamless execution of projects
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Work in collaboration with the HR team to identify and implement process enhancements
• Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support the coordination of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management, and talent development
• Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs, which include compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
• Carry out market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits offerings
• Facilitate the communication of Total Rewards programs to employees, ensuring clarity and understanding
• Act as a point of contact between HR, employees, and management to ensure smooth project execution
• Encourage effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders
• Handle and resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project evaluations
• Prepare and present project status reports, detailing risks, issues, and mitigation plans
Requirements • Proven experience in the Transport industry with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must.
• Extensive experience and knowledge in Construction is required.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
• Understanding of HR Compliance is essential.
• Demonstration of skills in Project Management Process Improvement is needed.
• Knowledge of HR Policy is important.
• Familiarity with HR Systems is required.
