Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SCIF Project Manager to lead and manage commercial and SCIF construction projects ranging from white box to high-profile, upscale locations. You will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and managing all components of Federal, SCIF, and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a leadership role and work directly with a strong Senior Project Manager, as well as build out the SCIF team.
ResponsibilitiesManage up to 3 other team members (field, APM, etc.).Oversee commercial interior and ground-up projects from inception to completion.Coordinate all trades and ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.Supervise and collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.Run various Project Management meetings, both with the internal team as well as the client.Essential Skills5+ years of GC experience as a Project Manager doing SCIF work or relevant federal/commercial construction.Experience working on interiors construction projects, managing all trades from conception to completion.Experience managing budgeting, scheduling, and supervising all subcontractors day-to-day on the jobsite.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with office and commercial construction projects.Background with general contracting and federal construction.Work Environment
This is a very true blue-collar work environment. It is a small office where everyone gets along well, but it can be very loud at times. The team consists of really good, honest people who are very passionate about their company and what they do.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
