Insight Global is looking to hire a Project Manager to join one of Alberta's largest utility providers on a 1-year contract with high potential to extend, sitting out of Edmonton, Alberta (with a requirement to work 3-days in office). The team the Project Manager will be joining is currently in the midst of a 'grid modernization program' that has a goal of taking devices that are out on the line and replacing them with new telecommunications and SCADA devices. This Project Manager will work on several large distribution projects, which include overseeing current system upgrades and leading new customer connections. The successful candidate will have experience in conducting budget reviews, forecasting and making sure all approvals are in place for projects (ex. land approvals, ensuring the land is properly surveyed and designed, making sure all required materials are orderedetc).
