Job Description
The Project Manager will be supporting state and federal TI and ground-up projects. This individual is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction projects simultaneously from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both general contracting and electrical construction standards. Candidates must be capable of coordinating projects across multiple trades, working with both internal labor and subcontractors, as well as clients.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop project timelines, budgets, and schedules. Ensure all phases are planned to meet deadlines and allocate resources efficiently.Monitor and control project budgets, adjust estimates as needed, and proactively identify potential cost-saving measures.Ensure all work adheres to GB98 and EE98 standards, local building codes, and safety regulations. Review completed work and documentation for quality and accuracy.Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Maintain effective communication among all team members to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.management.Enforce job site safety practices in line with OSHA and company standards. Conduct safety inspections. Provide or schedule training when necessary.Essential SkillsProven experience in project management within the construction industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Time management skills and the ability to accommodate shifting priorities.Experience with project management software.Capability to read plans, blueprints, drawings, and contracts.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with construction, project management, construction management, cost control, forecasting, project coordination, project scheduling, Procore, RFI, change orders, submittals, and closeout.Work Environment
Standard office hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. Project Managers work at the company office in Albuquerque, with regular on-site visits and meetings required at project locations within Albuquerque and surrounding areas. The company offers a growing environment with state and federal contracts, yearly profit sharing, 120 hours of PTO, medical, and vision benefits. There is room for advancement.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.00 - $58.00/hr.
