Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in the healthcare industry. The role is based in Orange County, California. The Project Manager will be a key player in our team, tasked with overseeing various projects, implementing changes, and ensuring smooth delivery across departments. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage significant projects such events & activations, creative rebrands, videos, marketing campaigns and more. • Implement change and process improvements based on observations and assessments of current team processes • Collaborate closely with social media, creative teams, and marketing for more transparency and effective project management • Ensure the deliverability of the 'hub and spoke' infrastructure • Manage projects in a detailed and organized manner, avoiding any process paralysis • Work on resource management and critical thinking to ensure projects are on track • Maintain a high level of diplomacy and foster a positive culture within the team • Utilize skills in Workfront • Be hands-on in the initial stages, gradually transitioning to a more strategic role, providing immediate support to the team without causing disruption • Prioritize planning and dedicate sufficient time to it, managing both large and small scale projects effectively.
