Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager Come join a growing construction team! Job Description Ensure consistency in processes from planning to project completion. Analyze weekly and overall production to identify and address discrepancies. Understand how to create, plan, price, and execute project estimates. Manage communication with clients, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors. Track and manage project finances to stay within budget. Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. Monitor and report on project and labor performance. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills. Essential Skills + 5+ years of industry-specific experience in drywall or facade. + Experience with large commercial projects rather than small-scale renovations/fit-outs. + Experience with change orders and project coordination. + Proficiency in project management and construction management. + Experience with Procore. + 3+ years of management experience. + Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. + Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects at once. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Extensive technical expertise in facade construction. + Capable of working both collaboratively in a team and independently.
