Overview Devis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform for a large-scale US Government project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ServiceNow platform expertise, and experience working within federal government IT environments. This role requires exceptional leadership, effective communication skills, hands-on experience, knowledge of federal regulations and security requirements, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. The job is primarily a remote position, but there is an occasional expectation to visit the client site located outside of Washington, DC in suburban MD. This position is contingent upon award. Primary Duties + Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects within a federal IT environment, ensuring alignment with government security requirements and compliance frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, etc.). + Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders, develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.  + Oversee the development and deployment of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, APM, TRPM, GRC HRSD, WSD and CSM), integrating with existing federal systems and applications. + Serve as the primary point of contact for government executives, stakeholders, developers, cybersecurity, and cross-functional teams ensuring alignment with project objectives and requirements + Facilitate Agile/Scrum workshops, working closely with developers and engineers in a DevSecOps environment. + Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow best practices, automation, workflows, integrations, and IT modernization efforts. + Manage ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to mission-critical operations. + Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and report project status to senior government officials and executive leadership. Required Qualifications + 5+ years of experience managing ServiceNow projects in federal or large enterprise environments. + Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, APM, TRPM, GRC HRSD, WSD and CSM modules. + Strong knowledge of federal IT compliance, governance, and security frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST, RMF, ICAM). + Experience managing Agile and DevSecOps teams, facilitating sprint planning, and ensuring continuous delivery. + Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with experience reporting to government officials and executive teams. + Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a highly regulated environment. Preferred Qualifications + ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Application Developer (CAD). + PMP, SAFe Agile, or ITIL certifications. + Experience working with US Federal agencies. + Technical background in ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and automation.
