JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing organization activities.
* Serve as a liaison between leadership and other functions such as finance, facilities, programs, shipping, supply chain, other leaders/managers, HR, etc.
* Gather data and provide status reporting information such as team budgets, staffing, meeting information, sitrep reporting, etc.
* Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving.
* Establish strong working relationships with points-of-contact through the organization.
* Prioritize multiple assignments/tasks in a dynamic environment
* Ensure activities are well coordinated, executed, and completed on budget and schedule.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of experience
* OR Masters degree and 2-6 years of experience
* Previous DOD Experience
* Previous Supply Chain Experience
* Experience with shipping and receiving large items
* Experience with financial reporting
* Intermediate experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
* Collaboration skills
