Key Responsibilities: + Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, while effectively managing interdependencies and leveraging synergies across teams. + Utilize advanced project management tools to monitor, track, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including orders, delivery schedules, and design inputs/outputs throughout the project lifecycle. + Develop and manage detailed project timelines, collaborating closely with the Operations team to meet shipping deadlines and ensure efficient resource allocation. + Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to provide status updates, address action items, and resolve any issues, ensuring all stakeholders are consistently informed. + Proactively identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and work with senior leadership to resolve conflicts or changes that could impact business deliverables. + Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
