Project Manager
Description We are on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager to be a part of our team in Washington, District of Columbia. The primary function of this role revolves around providing project management support and ensuring high-quality project completion. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage and track project inputs, deadlines, and deliverables. • Carry out resource allocation, issue resolution, and process improvement to ensure timely project completion. • Coordinate and manage workflows with relevant stakeholders. • Oversee the delivery of our premier governance education programs in various formats. • Handle the logistics of our Governance Consultant Membership Program, from member onboarding to addressing member requests. • Collaborate with the Director of Governance Strategy in managing the logistics of our Ask the Expert email service. • Maintain an accessible, comprehensive digital database of the Ask the Expert responses. • Organize and manage logistics for project meetings, including agenda drafting, note-taking, and follow-up on action points. • Use cloud technologies and tools like Atlassian Jira, CRM, and ERP for project management and communication. • Other responsibilities as assigned by the team. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is necessary. • Must have a deep understanding of Cloud Technologies. • Experience with CRM is required. • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential. • Familiarity with IBM is a must. • Proficiency in 'About Time' software is needed. • Must have experience with Agile Scrum methodologies. • Understanding of Budget Processes is vital. • Excellent Communication skills are mandatory.
