Project Manager Must have SCIF experience, other individuals need not apply Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience to join our dynamic team in Falls Church or Leesburg, VA. Our work primarily focuses on commercial and local government projects in the NOVA and DC area. This role involves managing multiple small-scale interior projects simultaneously, such as offices, garages, and upgrades. The position is highly fast-paced and requires an individual who can thrive in such an environment. Responsibilities + Assist the PM and grow into a PM role, working on various interior projects. + Manage multiple small-scale projects simultaneously. + Handle RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and budgeting. + Ensure timely delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment. Essential Skills + 10+ years of PM & APM experience with a general contractor in commercial work (5+ years if holding a relevant Construction or Engineering Degree). + Experience running various small interior projects simultaneously, mainly office spaces. + Proficiency in handling RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and budgeting. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong commercial experience in the DC/NOVA area. + Capability to support multiple jobs in a fast-moving environment. Work Environment This is a fast-paced role requiring onsite and office presence in NOVA or DC at all times. The position involves working between 40-45 hours per week and is salaried exempt. The work environment is dynamic and requires quick decision-making and multitasking.
