Anderson Power is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee project timelines and execution within our market segments. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and driving successful outcomes aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and solutions to our customers.
ResponsibilitiesPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement, and manage project plans to ensure timely execution and completion of initiatives within market segments.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to achieve project goals.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.Establish clear project milestones, deliverables, and timelines while maintaining accountability across stakeholders.Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report key performance indicators (KPIs).Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and reviews to align teams and address challenges.Ensure alignment between market needs, product development, and company objectives.Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status to leadership and key stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes to enhance efficiency and execution.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
The expected annual salary for this position is between $94,843.00 and $127,803.00 and will be eligible for incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, location, skills, training and experience.
