We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is a driven, results-oriented professional with a passion for business development and client relationships! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving new and recurring business development in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, with a focus on janitorial services.
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from client engagement to close of project. The Project Manager will sell and develop within a base of janitorial clients and grow them month over month. The Project Manager will pass leads outside of janitorial clients, including Janitorial Services sales, to the appropriate department representative.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a base of recurring sales within the janitorial clients.
· Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.
· Closes sales by building rapport with current accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.
· Conduct a minimum of 40 appointments, field visits, project walk throughs weekly.
· Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information. Should be a minimum of 7 activities per day.
· Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with Clients, Contractors, Co-Workers, and Supervisors.
· Other duties as assigned.
