Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various restaurant development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the fast food or retail sectors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple restaurant development projects from ground up.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.Conduct regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fast food or retail industry.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Familiarity with construction processes and regulations related to restaurant development.
