Cushman & Wakefield Project Services delivers strategic capital works programs that support operational changes to property portfolios. We assist clients with portfolio growth, new capital works programs, facility refurbishments, and major or minor maintenance programs. Our expertise spans various industries, including Commercial, Industrial, Data & Technology, Retail, Landlord & Occupier, Office Fitout, Aged Care, Aerospace, Education, and Defence.We are seeking a Project Manager with client-side experience in managing fitout projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will oversee the design process, manage consultants, and ensure projects align with client fitout guidelines.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage fitout projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Oversee design processes and ensure adherence to client guidelines.
Engage and manage consultants and stakeholders.
Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned.
Experience in Managing Client Expectations.
Monthly financial reporting including reporting on expenditure and forecasting.
Develop and issued Client Reports Weekly.
Key Requirements:
Experience in client-side project management for fitouts.
Strong knowledge of design and construction processes.
Ability to manage consultants and stakeholders effectively.
PR or Citizenship preferred.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI, and Procore.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management or related fields.
