Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in civil engineering and stormwater design. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in civil engineering or a related field, possess a professional engineering license or landscape architect certification, and have extensive knowledge of NPDES permitting. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must have a proximity and network in the Greater Philadelphia, Southeastern PA region, and parts of NJ. This position requires over 10 years of experience in the specified market and involves leading and managing civil engineering projects to ensure they meet our quality, design, and process standards.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet our quality, design, and process standards.Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and manage project timelines, coordinating with various teams to ensure deadlines are met.Oversee the submission of necessary documents to governmental agencies and present project proposals.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project objectives and strategies.Monitor project budgets and prepare contracts, change orders, and client invoices.Proactively manage projects through pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases in cooperation with the Construction Department.Essential SkillsDegree in civil engineering or similar stormwater design experience.Professionally licensed engineer or landscape architect with stormwater design experience.Expert knowledge in NPDES permitting. 2+ years is a MUST HAVE. 10+ years of experience in the Greater Philadelphia, Southeastern PA market, and parts of NJ.Proximity and network in the Philadelphia/Southeastern PA region.Strong project management and construction management skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in landscape architecture and landscape design.Proficiency in civil engineering and stormwater design.Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various teams.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $85.00/hr.
