Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join one of our large clients. This is a fully remote role. As a Senior Enterprise Project Manager, this position reports to the EPMO and oversees high-priority and high visibility large and extra large projects, which often require considerable resources across multiple lines of business. This position has responsibility for all aspects of the project over the entire lifecylce of the project using waterfall, hybrid, or agile practices as needed. Operating within a matrix environment, this position manages operational and tactical aspects of projects, fostering effective teamwork, and building strong internal and external relationships. This position is responsible for coaching and mentoring junior staff and leading departmental process improvement initatives. This role operates within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and delegate effectively. Compensation: $55/hr to $65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
