Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading the planning, implementation, and tracking of construction and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop project plans, goals, and objectives for the successful execution of projectsOrganize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and communicate changesIdentify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflictsManage project scope and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetCoordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed with qualityPerform regular project reviews to ensure goals and objectives are being metProvide project status updates to stakeholders and other project team membersIdentify and manage external resources to ensure project requirements are completed

Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience in construction and commercial projectsStrong knowledge of project management methodology, tools, and techniquesExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Office and project management softwareAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPMP certification or equivalent is a plusBenefits
