PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Project Manager to drive technical and process enhancement initiatives within the manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager you will: Lead and oversee the implementation of technical and process improvement projects from start to finish. Develop and enhance productivity tools to streamline operations and improve performance. Manage project documentation, ensuring all project plans and schedules are on track. Track project progress, ensuring deadlines are met while mitigating risks and ensuring quality. Collaborate closely with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) teams to support Safety Data Sheet programs and compliance audits. Assist in chemical inventory management and the transition to a digital platform for better efficiency. Execute audits and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes. Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned, ensuring timely and successful completion. Required Qualifications: US Citizen or Permanent Resident 3-5 years of experience in project management within a technical or manufacturing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Associates Degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) program management Familiarity with digital platform transformations and audit compliance Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Pay Details: $63.80 per hour
