Job Title: Project Manager - ArchitectureJob Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 10 years of professional experience in architecture. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee all phases of multi-family residential projects, ranging from interior renovations to the adaptive re-use of existing buildings. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and external consultants, leading the project from Schematic Design through to construction. Responsibilities + Manage and oversee all phases of multi-family residential projects. + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and external consultants. + Lead projects from Schematic Design through to construction. + Supervise and mentor junior staff. + Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders. + Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Essential Skills + Professional degree in Architecture. + 10+ years of professional experience in architecture. + Experience with multi-family residential projects. + Proficiency in REVIT. + Experience in Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. + Ability to oversee projects, communicate effectively with clients, and lead junior staff. Work Environment The work schedule includes 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with Wednesday being a mandatory in-office day. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
