Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a Project Manager. Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Project Manager to join our dynamic Data Management team. This role will focus on data privacy and source of truth initiatives, which are critical components of our organization's data governance strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Experience working on data-heavy projects is highly preferred, as well as familiarity with relevant terminology and best practices in the field. Responsibilities: * Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget * Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Utilize Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies to guide teams through the project lifecycle * Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business needs * Requirements Documentation: Write clear and concise project requirements, user stories, and other documentation as needed to define project deliverables * Data Privacy & Governance: Support initiatives related to data privacy, compliance, and source of truth efforts within the Data Management organization * Team Collaboration: Adapt to and work effectively with strong personalities within the team, ensuring alignment and fostering a productive work environment * Tool Utilization: Use project management tools such as Jira and MS Project to track progress, document risks, and communicate with stakeholders
