Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description

We are a 3rd generation construction company, specializing in General Contracting Building, Concrete & Masonry since 1957. We are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team. This position involves managing multiple ongoing projects throughout Metro Detroit, particularly for our General Contracting Division. Projects range from $250k to $2 million, with 2-3 projects managed simultaneously and turnaround times ranging from 1 to 8 weeks.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with estimators to prepare detailed bids for current and new customers.Review subcontractor proposals.Coordinate with management and office staff to finalize subcontractor agreements.Oversee jobsites, trades, and material management.Communicate job progress, change orders, and other updates with customers and staff.Essential Skills5 years of experience as a Project Manager managing commercial or high-end residential renovations.Ability to oversee projects from conception to completion.Strong understanding of carpentry and general contracting.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience as a Carpenter or Field Foreman.Relevant degree.Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, Procore.Work Environment

Our office is located in Mt Clemens, with job sites typically within 30-45 minutes from the office, although some may be up to an hour away. Project Managers report to the office before heading to job sites and are provided an assigned vehicle for project-related travel. Our company operates with a family-owned style and maintains long-standing relationships within the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. We handle all concrete/parking lot business for Beaumont Hospital and clinics, and have completed notable projects such as dealership work in St. Clair Shores and concrete work for Testa Barra bar/restaurant in Macomb.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $48.07/hr.
