Manpower Engineering is partnering with a leader in the Medical Device industry for a Project Manager.
**Job Title: Project Manager**
**Location: Maple Grove, MN (HYBRID)**
**Pay: $55 - $65/hour**
**Duration: 6+ month contract (potential to convert to perm)**
**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical devices. This role requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, regulatory, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.
+ Provide technical leadership and guidance on electromechanical capital equipment and single-use device projects.
+ Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, budget tracking, and milestone monitoring.
+ Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
+ Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders, both internal and external.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of project management or technical lead experience.
+ Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
+ Experience with electromechanical capital equipment and/or single-use devices is required.
+ Familiarity with software, electrical, printed circuit board assembly, and/or systems engineering is a plus.
+ Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Office, and other project management tools.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into high-level summaries.
+ Proven ability to estimate, organize, and monitor resource allocations, budgets, and milestones.
+ Experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
+ PMP certification is a plus.
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams and remote teams is a plus.
