Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to support retail renovation projects for a general contractor. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, ensuring they are high quality, delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with all requirements. This role involves coordinating with clients/owners and internal teams, managing project budgets and schedules, selecting and managing subcontractors, and working with the superintendent to handle day-to-day project activities.

ResponsibilitiesManage 4-8 construction projects simultaneously.Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.Coordinate with clients/owners and internal teams.Oversee project budgets and schedules.Select and manage subcontractors.Work with the superintendent to manage day-to-day project activities.Essential SkillsProject management experience in commercial construction (3-5 years).Strong scheduling and project planning skills.Experience in negotiating with subcontractors.Experience in selecting and managing subcontractors.Proficiency in managing quick turnaround projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with construction management, project coordination, and design.Proficiency in commercial construction processes.Strong negotiation skills.Experience with Planswift software.Ability to handle change orders, RFIs, and construction documents.Work Environment

The Project Manager will work both in the office and on-site as needed. After 90 days, employees receive a flexible hybrid schedule, working remotely on Tuesdays and Fridays. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
