Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description

Oversee, organize, and ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of general contracting and construction management services for both public and private sector clients. Adhere to deadlines for estimates, budgets, schedules, procurement, permits, inspections, owner occupancy, and all phases of construction for fast-paced city and suburban projects. Engage and partner directly with a diverse range of clients, architects, engineers, design professionals, city officials, trade subcontractors, superintendents, field crew members, and community stakeholders. Leverage advanced technology skills and expertise to develop, manage, share, and distribute critical construction documents, such as invoices and payroll applications. Contribute as an active and collaborative team member, fostering a partnership mindset and leveraging creative problem-solving abilities. Exceptional skills in communication, organization, and time management, with meticulous attention to detail are required.

ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Coordinate and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, city officials, and subcontractors.Manage project documentation, including estimates, budgets, schedules, procurement, permits, and inspections.Utilize advanced technology to develop, manage, and share critical construction documents.Foster a collaborative team environment and engage in creative problem-solving.Essential Skills3 - 7+ years of True Project Management experience.Proficiency in Procore.Experience managing projects with budgets of $10M+.Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.Meticulous attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in commercial, educational, hospital, and new construction projects.Experience in entertainment projects is a plus.Work Environment

This position is based out of the Chicagoland office located in Gary, IN. It is primarily an office-based role with some local site visits. The work environment involves engaging with reputable general contractors and working on highly reputable projects in Illinois and Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $73.00/hr.
