ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from $200k to $3M.Oversee project budgets, costs, margins, schedules, scope, quality, and customer expectations.Develop project estimates and manage the development and troubleshooting of PLC & HMI code.Collaborate with the Sales and Operations Department to maintain and build customer relationships.Attend job walks, start-ups, commissioning, and project close-out meetings.Manage onsite project installs, including oversight of all sub-contractors (electrical, controls, mechanical, etc.).Work weekends as needed, especially during installs.Essential SkillsProject management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.Technical expertise: Strong in electrical/controls and mechanical projects, with experience in PLC & HMI code development and troubleshooting.Customer relationship management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.System integration in automated system integration.PLC programmingRoboticsMicrosoft ProjectSAPAdditional Skills & QualificationsBachelor of Science in Engineering or 7+ years of experience in system integration/capex project management.Experience leading controls and integration resources.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in job cost analysis, budget management, time and schedule management, resource management, and scope management.Ability to lead electrical, controls, and mechanical projects.Prior experience as a Controls or Mechanical Engineer.Experience in robotics (Fanuc, ABB, etc.) is a plus.Comfortable in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.Work Environment
The Project Manager will likely work on weekends 30-50% of the time due to install activities.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $47.00/hr.
