We, at Experis are seeking a Project Manager to join our team to work with one of our clients. **Job Title: Project Manager** **Location:** Remote (candidates based on the east coast preferred) **Duration:** around 8 months contract **Pay Rate range:** $60 - $65/hr on W2 **JOB DESCRIPTION** **What's the Job?** + Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. + Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. + Monitor or track project milestones and deliverable. + Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. + Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects. + Submit project deliverable, ensuring adherence to quality standards. + Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. + Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel. + Establish and execute a project communication plan. Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel. + Assisting with the planning, execution, and delivery of the Microsoft Teams Calling project. + Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution. + Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. + Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. + Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any issues that arise. **What’s needed?** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. + PMP or other project management certifications are highly desirable. + Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT or telecommunications projects. + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including its calling features and integration capabilities. + Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
