The Project Manager will assist the Project Management Supervisor and Client Sponsor in the formulation and validation of project work plans, will monitor and influence the performance of the planning, engineering, design, and construction efforts in accordance with the plans, and will assist in data gathering and analysis for the reporting on the project progress, scheduled deliverables, and budget.

ResponsibilitiesMake recommendations to the Project Management Supervisor and/or Client Sponsor to address project issues, inefficiencies, and concerns.Assist the Project Team in developing and scoping documents, schedules, deliverables, and cost estimates.Coordinate with supply chain and project stakeholders to ensure materials and equipment are delivered to the project per the schedule.Oversee the bid process, if needed, and hold contractors accountable for the system safety process.Coordinate construction activities with the Client’s project team.Coordinate activities required for successful installation of assigned projects under supervision of Program Manager and/or Client Sponsor.Work with Client Sponsor leadership to determine reporting requirements and provide reports at determined intervals to support business needs.Oversee and ensure adherence to Client’s internal processes as related to project management.Essential SkillsExperience in project budgets, projections, cost tracking, cost analysis, and re-projections.Coordination skills in project budgets, projections, cost tracking, construction management, and engineering.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering from an ABET accredited university.Two to five years of experience in project management with capital projects.Two to five years of experience interfacing with engineering procurement and construction personnel.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Work Environment

The work environment includes working with various technologies and equipment related to project management, engineering, and construction. The Project Manager will coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of project materials and equipment. The role may involve working in an office setting as well as on construction sites, requiring adherence to safety protocols and proper attire. The position may also require flexibility in working hours to meet project deadlines and support business needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr.
