GA-ASI Sustainment Organization is looking for a Project Manager to join the SkyGuardian Global Support Solution (SGSS) Sustainment team in Poway, CA. These efforts include developing and coordinating logistics strategies and processes for current and future SGSS customers. Typically accomplishes objectives through peers and cross functional team. Responsible for decisions that could impact outcomes where erroneous decisions could cause serious schedule delays and expenditure of additional time and resources.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Manage and participate in the planning of logistics strategies and establish standard logistics processes and tools.
+ Identify logistics issues and provide leadership in developing solutions such as re-allocation of resources or supply chain processes.
+ Act as the primary contact for logistics activities and lead progress planning and review sessions to discuss schedule and technical performance.
+ May contribute to contract negotiations and contract modifications.
+ Ensures the program has the necessary spares readily available by monitoring and adjusting inventory stock level values based on consumption trends, mission needs, and replenishment cycles.
+ Generate and analyze inventory performance reports to track stock movement, usage rates, and overall logistics efficiency.
+ Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, logistics teams, and operational units, to ensure coordinated inventory management.
+ Implement adaptive process improvements to enhance inventory control procedures, optimize system performance, and align with evolving operational requirements.
+ Participate in the planning, attraction, selection, retention, and development of human resources to ensure the availability of the required management, professional, and technical talent.
+ Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
+ Other duties as assigned

**Job Qualifications:**
+ Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline and eleven or more years of progressively complex logistics experience in a manufacturing environment. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
+ Must have a thorough understanding of the principles, concepts, and practices of logistics management and experience demonstrating a broad application of those practices and standards.
+ Must have comprehensive project management and leadership skills, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines or milestones.
+ Must possess the ability to analyze consumption trends, replenishment cycles, and aircraft systems performance to optimize inventory levels.
+ Understand MQ-9B systems, maintenance procedures, and aviation regulations.
+ Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
+ Must be customer focused, work on a self-initiated basis, and in a team environment.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance is required.
