Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Project Management, the Project Manager will manage the onboarding of new clients and the execution of ongoing projects for a portfolio of existing clients. Important performance metrics will include on-time delivery, deliverable quality, and adherence to project budgets. Your team will be tenured and relatively senior.

You will have a background in project management with at least 2+ years of experience working in marketing or advertising, especially on Paid Media projects. Additionally, you understand essential Project Management activities (e.g., can support estimates and development of 'Productized' SOWs, but requires support for more custom engagements).

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $92,000USD.

Responsibilities:

Maintain basic project control and meet all project control measurements for all assigned projects.Manage the financial and workflow aspects of several Paid Media projects to include, but are not limited to CX, SEO, and web development.Ensure the financial and client health of each project, escalating risks to more senior members of the project management team.Manage multiple projects and adjusting to changing priorities.Identify systemic delivery issues to more senior project managers, but is not expected to offer business process improvement suggestions at this stage of development.Communicate with company partners on project teams in the service of daily deliveryImplement project management, technology and AI tools for clients.

QualificationsExperience at a marketing, advertising or related agency.Some experience establishing scopes, creating delivery schedules, developing estimates, managing budgets, and securing internal resourcingProficiency with project management software tools and GSheets, interest in learning new technologiesComfortable leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, and coordinating with external partnersA positive team leader with the ability to bring team members together.Willingness to work globally, understanding time zone possible effects for deadlines, communicating with marketers from other countries and being mindful of local preferencesCAPM or PMP certifications are not required, but will be considered first.
