Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, timelines, resources, and budget.Work with leadership to assemble and lead cross-functional project teams.Allocate internal and external resources effectively to ensure project success.Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership.Identify and assess project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and ensure project deliverables are met and accepted by stakeholders.Evaluate current and proposed processes to define opportunities and ways to increase efficiency.Collaborate with Project Teams, HR and the Training Department to Identify training needs.Develop training plans, coordinate training activities, monitor training progress and ultimately evaluate the effectiveness of training related to change management within projects.Develop change management plans for projects, assess impacts, communicate changes, monitor implementation and evaluate impact.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
BS Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or other Business-related degree; or equivalent experience and training required. A minimum of 3-5 year of experience, training/or education required.Project management related certifications (Ex. PMP, CAPM, CSM, etc.) preferred.Experience with project management software and Microsoft 365 tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and decision-making skills.Able to handle multiple tasks.Detail-oriented.
