Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Job Description

Responsible for the construction project delivery, working with others to achieve a successful outcome of the projects. Develop estimates and bids accurately along with the Pre-Construction Team. Work well under pressure. Monitor all costs on the project to ensure accuracy and staying within budget. Forecast project costs and make adjustments to ensure the job stays within budget. Process pay requests. Attend and lead project meetings. Prepare and record meeting minutes. Review construction documents and identify possible issues and resolutions before they come up. Promote a safe working environment. The Project Manager will take on a school project in Dennison, IA. The project is set to finish in August 2025 but will likely be extended due to scheduling and budget. You will be key in growing the office in Omaha.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop accurate estimates and bids with the Pre-Construction Team.Monitor all project costs to ensure accuracy and adherence to budget.Forecast project costs and make necessary adjustments.Process pay requests.Attend and lead project meetings.Prepare and record meeting minutes.Review construction documents to identify and resolve potential issues.Promote a safe working environment.Essential SkillsBachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field.3-8 years of experience in commercial construction management ground up.Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Construction Management, or Design-Build processes.Proficiency in project coordination.Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Procore.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Blue Beam, Procore, and MS Projects.Experience in commercial construction and general contracting.Experience managing construction projects with budgets of $5-12 million.Work Environment

The position is based in the Omaha office, which is currently a small team with plans for expansion. The headquarters is in Lincoln, NE, and the company is looking to expand into NE/NW into Iowa. You will be primarily in the office, with the exception of project visits or company meetings in Lincoln. The work environment provides a lot of autonomy for those who are efficient and detail-oriented. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/hr.
