Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, and Six Sigma. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities :
+ Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
+ Coordinate and manage project resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion
+ Implement project management methodologies such as Scrum and Lean Six Sigma to optimize processes
+ Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
+ Monitor project progress and performance metrics; adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
+ Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges
+ Provide leadership and guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle
+ Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders detailing progress, challenges, and next steps
+ Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during project implementation
+ Review piping designs, blueprints, and schematics to ensure compliance with industry regulations and project requirements
+ Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to streamline project execution
+ Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize performance and minimize delays
Basic Hiring Criteria :
+ A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
+ Proven experience in project management or a related field with a strong track record of successful project delivery
+ Familiarity with Scrum, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and process management principles
+ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Strong leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills to motivate teams effectively
+ Proficient in time management with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
+ Knowledge of change management processes is highly desirable
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement
+ Oversee and manage piping projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client specifications, safety standards, and project timelines
