**CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager opening for our client in Whitsett, NC.** **Location:** Whitsett, NC **Duration:** 12+ months, with the possibility of extension **Duties:** + Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring alignment with company goals. + Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication. + Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently. + Conduct risk management and mitigation strategies. + Communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior management. + Ensure quality standards are met throughout project lifecycles. + Perform data analysis to provide logic-based solutions. + Troubleshoot through critical thinking and out-of-the-box problem solving. + Prepare and present executive-level business cases and proposals. **Skills:** + BS in Engineering or BA in Business Administration. + At least 3 years of Project Management or equivalent experience. + Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams. + Demonstrated beneficial analytical and data-driven decision-making. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to adapt to change, multi-task, and deal with ambiguity. + Capability to prioritize workload and competing KPIs. **Preferred Skills:** + MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration. + PMP certification is a plus. + Experience working in Services-Customer Fulfillment Operations Environment. + Proficient SAP WMS knowledge. + CapEx Budget Management. **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in Project Management or equivalent roles. **Education:** BS in Engineering or BA in Business Administration (MS preferred). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. This is a five-day onsite first shift position (no hybrid or remote option available), with occasional weekend and holiday work expected. Up to 20% travel may be required.
