At CESO, a Landscape Architect/Project Manager leads the site design from start to finish and manages the production of construction documents in accordance with laws and regulations. You will lead a small team and engage in business development for the landscape architecture service line. Primary responsibilities would include:Position Responsibilities Meet with external and internal project stakeholders (i.e., clients and project managers) to understand the requirements of a project, including goals, timelines, and budgetsPrepare proposals for client and project needsLead and manage architectural projects, including the preparation of design concepts, design development, estimates, and construction documentation, including specifications, materials, equipment, and estimated costs. Perform contract administration or construction administration, including RFIs, shop drawings, pay application review, site observations, and / or final site SF verification surveysServe as a mentor and guide to designers and co-op’s Review the work of others and provide feedback and / or redlines Work with the quality control team to provide reviews and comments Responsible for the team’s quality of work and productivityOther duties as assignedPosition RequirementsA Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited school and 4+ years as a registered architect or 8 years of experience in Landscape Architecture with a current registrationProfessional Landscape Architectural License (PLA) requiredTravel required on an as-needed basis Knowledge of AutoCAD, photo editing software, and Microsoft Office toolsAbility to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram formStrong verbal and written communication skills and working with and leading a teamCESO is a principle-centered organization that aligns with strong service values, integrity, and authenticity.
