Job Title: Project Manager Job Description We specialize in General Contracting, Building, Concrete, and Masonry. We are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team. The position involves managing one or more ongoing projects throughout Metro Detroit, with project values ranging from $250k to $2 million. Our company has two divisions: General Contracting Division and Concrete & Masonry Division. We are looking to hire a Project Manager for our General Contracting Division. Typical projects range from $250k-$2 million and average turnaround times range from 1 week to 8 weeks. The Project Manager will handle 2-3 projects simultaneously. Responsibilities + Work with estimators to put detailed bids out to current and new customers. + Review subcontractor proposals. + Collaborate with management and office staff to get subcontractor agreements out to trades. + Manage jobsites, trades, and material. + Communicate job progress, change orders, etc., with customers and staff. Essential Skills + 5 years of experience as a Project Manager managing commercial or high-end residential renovations. + Experience overseeing projects from conception to completion. + Understanding of carpentry and general contracting. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous experience as a Carpenter or Field Foreman. + Degree in a related field. + Proficiency with Bluebeam, MS Project, and Procore. Work Environment This is a family-owned company with a continuous flow of business from long-standing relationships within residential, commercial, and industrial industries. Project Managers will report to the office before going out to job sites, with the furthest job being up to 1 hour away. An assigned vehicle will be provided for job site visits. The average job location is 30-45 minutes from the office. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $48.07/hr.
