Your role and responsibilities

Would you like to be in the front of driving digitalization for our Industrial Customers? We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our digital solutions team at ABB Oy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join our digital team at ABB Process Industries, where team of engineers and IT professionals develop and deliver Industrial Digitalization, Process Information, Asset Performance and Energy Management systems to global process industry customers. Real-time data driven applications starting from asset level towards production units, whole factory, and across production sites enable optimization of the business processes. This role is located in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki.In this role you will be leading the customer delivery projects, ensuring that they are executed in line with customer requirements, technical specifications, contract, and business targets. If you are service-minded, independent and enjoy working in an international environment, this might be a right position for you!You will be mainly accountable for:• Overseeing all aspects of ongoing projects assigned to you• Developing project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs• Making sure the project is running on time and budget• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information• Leading project team so that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget • Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables• Managing customer satisfaction within the project delivery period

Qualifications for the role

Strong project management skills with several years of demonstrated experience in industrial IT projects Excellent communication and coaching / facilitation skillsConfident to work with end customers on daily basisFluency in English and FinnishAlso seen as high asset:Knowledge and experience in energy, metals and process industriesExperience in data engineering and integrations related projectsKnowledge in the following technologies: SQL (real-time time series data), C#, REST, SOAP, OPC, FTPExperience on SAP, MS Project and AzureDevOps softwaresFamiliarity with methodologies like agile, scrum, SAFe and waterfall
