**Overview** **ABM Mission Critical Solutions** is seeking an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex electrical and mechanical projects in critical facilities. **Responsibilities:** + Manage multiple projects of moderate to high complexity, from initial concept through final close-out. + Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet established quality standards and procedures for both electrical and mechanical systems. + Act as a central point of contact, effectively communicating with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments to translate project requirements, manage changes, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders. + Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying potential roadblocks and implementing necessary revisions to keep projects on track. + Oversee site inspections or delegate them to ensure all electrical and mechanical work adheres to project specifications, safety regulations, and building codes. + Facilitate contractor onboarding, including site orientation and training, to guarantee all state and local code requirements, permits, inspections, and close-out processes are strictly followed. + Provide leadership and mentorship to electrical and mechanical personnel, ensuring their competency and adherence to safety protocols. + Achieve exceptional customer satisfaction by clearly communicating project details, both technical and non-technical, to all levels of the organization. + Demonstrate strong project leadership and decision-making skills, consistently delivering projects that meet all stakeholder requirements and are fully commissioned, qualified, and operational. + Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, completing all necessary documentation. + Maintain compliance with NEC, OSHA, State Department of Labor, and other relevant codes and guidelines. + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field (preferred). + Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex electrical and mechanical construction projects in data centers and or critical facilities.. + Proven ability to plan, schedule, and execute projects within budget and on time. + Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical building systems, codes, and standards (NEC, OSHA, etc.). + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. + The ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a safe and productive work environment. + Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). + Ability to get a high-level government clearance, top-secret and above is required. **Benefits:** ABM Mission Critical Solutions offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and paid time off. **Benefit Information:** ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.
