**CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager ADM role for our client in Secaucus, NJ.** **Location:** Secaucus, NJ **Duration:** 9 months **Duties:** + Lead and manage application development and maintenance (ADM) projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timeline. + Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to define project goals, deliverables, and key milestones. + Utilize strong financial reporting expertise to track project budgets, costs, and resource allocation. + Analyze and interpret financial data, leveraging Excel (including V-lookup) for reporting and forecasting. + Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate potential issues. + Ensure adherence to compliance standards, policies, and best practices. + Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, summarizing project progress, challenges, and recommendations. + Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success. **Skills:** + Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookup and financial data analysis. + Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging with executive-level leadership. + Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. + Effective communication and presentation skills. **Experience:** + Prior experience managing projects within a financial services firm. + Experience with financial reporting and analysis. + Demonstrated ability to make proactive decisions and drive project success. **Education:** + College degree required.
