Project Manager - Administration (Overlook Medical Center)

Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Project Manager for the Administration department at Overlook Medical Center. 

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Reporting to the OMC Chief Medical Officer, Project Manager will support the Hospital Administration with the management of complex projects including high visibility, and/or interdisciplinary projects. 

Responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Develops a detailed project plan to track progress and escalates to management as needed. Executes and documents cost benefit analysis and justification findings.
 

Principal Accountabilities:

Tracks project progress against milestones and deadlines and regularly reports to senior management. Assists with selection, negotiation, and other related activities with respect to external vendors or consultants. Monitors the project life cycle from planning, scoping, design, execution, and closure. Reports quality metrics and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards and policies. Maintains and distributes documentation and communicates with team members on tasks and timelines. Suggests process improvement strategies for better project execution. Performs other related duties as assigned.
