Job DescriptionHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Project leadership for the air suspension and development of electronic air suspension systems. Project manager will lead all aspects of project development to ensure the project is ongoing and financially successful. Interaction will be with customers and all internal staff.
First customer contact partner for questions & concerns.
Project management overall skills to ensure that all core team member is aligned to deliver a successful project on time. (purchasing, project management, sales, logistic, industrial engineering, prototype shop).
Tracking all financial figures using global PS.
Expert knowledge in project timing using excel or Microsoft project.
Responsible for adherence to schedules for engineering milestones & gate releases.
Alignment of the customer requirements with the current Continental specifications
Representing air spring competence during acquisition activities for timing.
Maintenance of engineering schedule and with other disciplines including customer milestones
Verification of customer / supplier requirements with internal specifications/requirements
Tracking all financial figures using global PS.
Supporting Air Spring Design competence at Customer meetings
CRP assistance for optimization of development processes used in the group.
Interaction with international project team.
QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Bachelor’s degree within the engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive development is required.
Experience in Mechanical component design for strength and durability
Strong technical & problem-solving skills and strong communication & organization skills are required
Team-oriented and ability to coordinate development teams
