Project Manager Analyst (Remote)
**Job Summary** The Senior Project Management Analyst is responsible for all aspects of multiple medium to large projects with moderate to high complexity. This role is responsible for taking projects from the original concept through completion, acting as a single point of accountability for the projects to ensure stated objectives are met. The Senior Project Management Analyst must demonstrate strong commitment to stakeholder relationships by proactively communicating and taking ownership of risks/issues and facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner. They need to be able to thrive in complex and ambiguous situations, and be flexible enough to step outside of normal roles. **Essential Functions** + Manages multiple large-scale projects that require strategic planning and stakeholder management. + Successfully executes project plans by exhibiting ownership of task assignments, follow up with assigned project personnel, proactively removing blockers, and ensuring alignment of production output with expected milestones. + Identifies the impact of change on the organization and managing relationships. + Mentors and coaches Project Managers. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Complies with all policies and standards. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field required + 4-6 years managing complex projects required + Preference give to local candidates but open to Remote **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Working knowledge of Google Suite. + Well-organized, capable of working under pressure, able to multitask, and attention to detail. + Problem-solving necessary when projects are not going as planned. + Strong attention to detail. **Licenses and Certifications** + Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI or technical certificate and experience comparable preferred Equal Employment Opportunity This organization does not discriminate in any way to deprive any person of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect the status of any employee because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, citizenship, veteran status, or military or uniformed services, in accordance with all applicable governmental laws and regulations.
