Dine Development and its Subsidiaries are seeking a Project Manager - Analytics (Lead) to support our Defense Health Agency (DHA) client. This position will serve as the overall project lead for analytics work under this contract, overseeing three specific teams: Business Performance, Health Affairs, and Clinical Portsmouth. To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess U.S. Citizenship without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future. Applicants without proof of U.S. Citizenship will not be considered due to the position’s security clearance requirements.
**Contingent Upon Contract Award**
Job Duties and Responsibilities:· Determine project scope, timeframe, available resources, and overall objectives of all efforts.
· Organize business objectives and coordinate personnel to ensure completion of project priorities according to defined timelines.
· Ensure allocated resources adhere to project scope and budget.
· Identify and resolve adjustments to project scope while communicating resource and labor costs as well as impacts on the project schedule.
· Plan and coordinate all phases of the development process.
· Lead or coordinate cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully developed and tested projects that are ready for customer use.
· Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to stakeholders and government POCs.
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):Required Qualifications:
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
· Five (5)+ years of experience with Information Systems and experience in Project Plan Development; and
· Preferred (not required): 5-8 years of Military Health System (MHS) experience in various leadership positions.
Required Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or computer science related field or 8 years of relatable experience.
Clearance: Active Secret
