Project Manager/Architect
Job Title: Project Manager/Architect Job Description As a Project Manager I, you are responsible for overall team leadership as well as effective client leadership. You are specifically accountable for managing project schedule, budget, quality and monitoring the team’s financial performance. You will gain experience and work with the assistance and mentorship of a Senior Project Manager, as well as your Team Leader. You will deliver results by communicating project goals to the team per Performance Based Design process, initiating project start-up, preparing, monitoring, and controlling project plans, schedules, and budgets, preparing project history information and closing projects, coordinating cross-discipline quality coordination and assurance, assisting in creating proposals, attending interviews, and collaborating with the Practice Leader with early involvement in proposals and contract negotiations to establish scope of work, schedule, and budget.
