Civic Architecture

Civic buildings are pivotal in defining the quality of life in a community. Though vastly different in use, every building type should provide critical services and enhance civic trust and pride by reflecting a community’s strength, stability, and values. From master planning to capital planning to infrastructure and facility design, we work with our clients to deliver welcoming architecture that promotes inclusion and participation.

Project types are varied and include master planning, public administration, parks and open spaces, sport and recreation, public safety, libraries, justice, social architecture, and operations and maintenance. We act as responsible stewards of both fiscal and natural resources. Our inspired buildings and places are accessible and promote equity and equality, helping to define a community’s legacy while building a solid foundation for future generations.
