Your main task is to ensure the team’s success and bring out the best in everyone. As a leader, you communicate effectively with your colleagues and bring enthusiasm to the group. You have commercial acumen and enjoy having an overarching per-spective, understanding the technical challenges. We envision that you have several years of experience as a project manager or engineering manager, with good technical understanding, preferably in control and automation systems. Joining us, you’ll become part of Norway’s leading project management environments, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop in the project manager role and lead innovative and exciting projects. You’ll gain insight into applying ABB’s renowned project methodology. You’ll be responsible for the project’s progress, financial framework, and ensuring that the delivery meets all quality requirements from partners and ABB. It’s common for project managers here to follow the project from early stages to handover and commissioning. Work Locations will be Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger.

Qualifications for the role

Minimum 3 year proven track record and experience within project management and/or engi-neering management. Strong leadership skills with focus on quality and on-time deliveryA commercially oriented mindsetEnthusiastic and positive attitudeEducation in technical fields or project managementProficient language skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
